Returns Policy | Balancing Beauty and Wellness

At Indie & Mae, we’re committed to ensuring your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We understand that balancing beauty and wellness can be a journey. Additionally, we want you to love your purchase, and if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges for Indie and Mae Wellness Products

We understand that balancing beauty and wellness can be difficult. Therefore, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any unused, unopened, and undamaged items. To qualify for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original condition, with all seals and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@indieandmae.com to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you instructions on how to proceed and also some tips on baancing beauty and wellness (if you'd like - just let us know!) 

Refunds on our Wellness Products

Once your wellness product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your wellness product for something else, we’re happy to assist. Just follow the return process and let us know which item you’d prefer as a replacement. We will ship your new item as soon as your return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective wellness product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund.
