        Indie + Mae Subscriptions – Your Self-Care, Delivered

        Your Commitment: When you sign up for an Indie + Mae subscription, you’re treating yourself (and committing) to three subscription deliveries before you can make changes or cancel. Don’t worry - once you’ve hit your third order, the flexibility is all yours!

        Simply pick your favourite hormone-safe self-care goodies and click “Subscribe” at checkout. Subscribing means you’ll automatically receive up to 20% off your recurring orders. You can choose your perfect delivery rhythm: every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.

        Heads up: VIP Rewards can’t be used with subscription orders.

        Flex Your Subscription (after your first three orders): Once you’ve completed the minimum three deliveries, you’re in control. You can:

        • Update your shipping address or payment details
        • Change your delivery dates or frequency
        • Skip or swap products for something new
        • Cancel your subscription anytime

        All changes are easy to make in your Indie + Mae account.

        Please remember: you need to cancel at least 24 business hours before your next delivery - otherwise, we’ll happily pack your goodies for you.

        Cancelling Your Subscription: After your first three deliveries, cancelling is as easy as logging into your Indie + Mae account, and cancelling at least 24 hours before your next delivery is schedule to be dispatched.

        Double VIP Points Promotion Terms & Conditions

        Promotion Period:
        This offer is valid from 7:30am NZDT on Sunday, 20 October 2025, until 11:59pm NZDT on Friday, 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

        Offer Details:
        During the Promotion Period, Indie + Mae VIP members will earn double the usual loyalty points on all eligible purchases made at www.indieandmae.com.

        The double points apply only to purchases made during the Promotion Period and will be automatically calculated through the Indie + Mae Rewards Program powered by Growave.

        Points are earned based on the order subtotal (after discounts and before shipping and taxes).

        Eligibility:
        This promotion is available only to registered Indie + Mae VIP members who are signed in to their account at the time of purchase.

        Purchases made without being logged in to an account will not qualify for double points.

        Exclusions:
        Gift card purchases, shipping fees, and taxes do not earn points.

        Double points cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before or after the Promotion Period.

        This promotion cannot be combined with any other rewards offer unless otherwise stated by Indie + Mae.

        Points Issuance:
        Double points will appear in your rewards account once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received (within 48 hours)

        If any items are returned, the corresponding points (including bonus points) will be deducted from your account.

        General:
        Indie + Mae reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
